Why Smart Jobs? Are there not
already job boards?
Job boards do exist, some of them are pretty good. But we know they have to find the balance between making their customers happy and candidate happy. No surprise they have to prioritize the people who pay them money first.
When we decided to build Smart Jobs, we made the bold move to think 100% about candidates first. Not because we don't care about recruiters and companies, but with the belief that if we make the best job board for candidates, it will also benefit recruiters.

The biggest challenge in recruitment for candidates is transparency and information. Recruiters know exactly what is going on, and what is next, but candidates don't. Which makes applying for jobs basically annoying and confusing. If you didn't need money to actually live, we are pretty sure most of you would never apply for a job the way it looks today.
But because we also know recruiters pretty well, we learned quickly most of this silence is not on purpose. It's due to lack of time and resources.

Smart Jobs was created by the team at Traffit ATS. Traffit is an applicant tracking system and has been since 2014. We are Polish and proud :)
Traffit helps recruiters better manage their open jobs, while attracting and taking care of their candidates. We do this pretty well, and when we wrote this (2026), we managed over 3,500,000 candidates a year over 47,500 jobs.
