Working as a Senior Flutter Developer you will:
Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust, maintainable mobile solutions.
Build and enhance applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and user-focused solutions.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and external services.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and the continuous improvement of development practices.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance, architecture, and code quality.

At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development, including strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Proven experience building and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and mobile application design patterns.
Solid knowledge of Dart, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and external services.
Good understanding of mobile application performance, debugging, and testing.
Proficiency with Git and modern software development workflows.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
Strong focus on clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Fluent Polish & English communication skills, ready to work effectively in an international environment.
